Our key goals are creating the schedule, establishing a communication structure with you and our sub-contractors, and finalising the team.
Our approach ensures all costs are thoroughly calculated, and the project plan is clearly laid out, giving you peace of mind from the start.
The shovel has officially hit the ground. Our in-house project managers are continuously monitoring cost, risk and progress with quality and safety at top of mind.
We’ll be in communication with you on a near daily basis providing updates and to answer any questions you might have.
Here our key goal is to prepare the build for occupancy and transfer the site to you. That means all relevant inspections carried out and certifications obtained. We also finalise any remaining build elements, and hand over any relevant operational instructions.
Once a project is complete we offer regular inspections, routine and preventative maintenance, as well as emergency repairs.
